The outsourcing model implies that the contractor takes full responsibility for project management, technical decisions, and the final deliverable — a completed web or mobile application. In the outstaffing model, the contractor only provides specialists, while task organization, assignment, and acceptance fall on the client’s team.

We aim to provide outstaffing specialists within a few working days. If we have available in-house specialists, it takes just 2 days to finalize details and onboard them. If none are available, we offer to source experts from our partner network, which can take 1–2 weeks.

What is the cost of outstaffing specialists?

Specialists are paid on an hourly basis. Hourly rates range from $35 to $100, depending on the developer's skills and experience.
